这个……作者写得各种欢乐啊，尤其是introduction和discussion，就好像卯着劲做完实验了，于是终于可以理直气壮地吐槽了，如“Two recent sets of groundbreaking studies reported in Nature appear to overcome most of these problems”……后边discussion一再强调我们多么用心良苦地尽量重复你们的实验，甚至0.1的pH我们都用心调整好了。我们唯一抱歉的是小鼠品系上有一点不同。赤裸裸地show无辜啊。看paper原来也可以让我挺欢乐的。 7 x- |$ C2 {: B7 a. f) c: ^( p) E8 q/ E+ }, X: k6 x

不过抛开这个事本身，paper里有一个地方让我有点微毛骨悚然：“We humanely euthanized six to seven of five-day-old neonatal Oct4-GFP mice by cervical dislocation”……颈椎脱臼法能被叫做人性化的安乐死么……
