方法　犬的牙周骨缺损区移植APBSC - TEB 后,用免疫组织化学方法观察不同时期APBSC 分化、增殖成为成骨细胞过程中/ Q/ o' C$ n. ]/ @
TGF -β的表达,观察TGF -β诱导APBSC 分化、增殖成骨细胞的情况。结果　实验组在APBSC - TEB 移植2 周,即见骨缺损区
3 N" f/ c: c# a: z4 O边缘TGF -β呈弱阳性表达,4～8 周骨缺损区中心区域可见大量的成骨细胞、成纤维细胞和胶原纤维呈现强阳性表达,12 周骨
1 _" F  z) U6 B" G2 S3 E缺损区已完全修复。而对照组TEB 移植8～12 周,仅在骨缺损边缘区域TGF -β呈弱阳性反应。结论　APBSC 在骨缺损区分
