1. Identify potential new business and help convert these leads to customers by using his/her technical background.
# y" u0 w; b* M9 X# ]2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
# {: P! m6 r* v+ F; e3. Provide excellent customer service by following through with prompt solutions to all customer inquiries., d) ]) A& y, n7 C4 ^
4. Follow up with all leads to identify if they are potential customers, and to assess their product needs.* F: I  }7 q+ X5 A' n. z$ l
5. Assist the account managers with duties such as quotes, custom product requests, samples, order inquiries, conference setup.
' s5 S, v7 r& H; v& c6. Document all communications and interactions with customers in Customer Relationship Management system.
% T$ b3 W0 f; P- ?& D# D- n9 z7. Enter leads from conferences, vendor shows or lists into customer database when applicable.( s+ x8 G" {/ @
8. Help to meet sales forecasts through in-depth product knowledge and familiarity of market segments./ R' g: A. @8 r) |3 L* O+ J$ @$ _
9. Help with other tasks and contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.$ t/ d4 Z; u& S9 F4 p
Qualifications:1 s7 o# v4 n. [2 C' b6 m8 V
1. BSc, MSc or PhD in Biotechnology, Stem Cell Biology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Cell Physiology, or a related scientific field.9 \2 q" H5 S! |/ j
2. Excellent time management and organizational skills.' X, n5 l+ B9 m* e- u
3. Highly motivated and capable of working effectively as part of a dynamic team.
