Duties and Responsibilities:9 g$ W6 Y" s- d1 T" ]* q! D
1. Identify potential new business and help convert these leads to customers by using his/her technical background.5 W$ k# A: q! C# {) s( p# N9 o: D; _
2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.3 G  l7 v4 G/ ^% H1 g3 f9 l
3. Provide excellent customer service by following through with prompt solutions to all customer inquiries.0 G  v9 A2 L; x: O2 `+ C% |' X
4. Follow up with all leads to identify if they are potential customers, and to assess their product needs.
" ^* ^) s3 Y: Z# ^5. Assist the account managers with duties such as quotes, custom product requests, samples, order inquiries, conference setup.7 Z1 M( p3 j& e. [
6. Document all communications and interactions with customers in Customer Relationship Management system.
% p9 y" o* |2 m; d, l% U1 m7. Enter leads from conferences, vendor shows or lists into customer database when applicable.
8 a; w3 k  c6 Y& K6 z8. Help to meet sales forecasts through in-depth product knowledge and familiarity of market segments.

Qualifications:1 c1 M/ _/ Y$ U" {: `
1. BSc, MSc or PhD in Biotechnology, Stem Cell Biology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Cell Physiology, or a related scientific field.% n/ r2 B  q5 B! I- c' p2 E
2. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
6 {: A/ p% Y. _' T# x  O3. Highly motivated and capable of working effectively as part of a dynamic team.. l' e+ d- |; K6 O& p. O7 I
4. Demonstrated track record of being pro-active and assertive in accomplishing goals." |4 Z% D- C& Y% j

6. Desire to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
