Duties and Responsibilities:
4 |* O' B  P7 E. a- T1. Identify potential new business and help convert these leads to customers by using his/her technical background.
. b$ m* u: Q/ D* I; q5 U9 B0 ]2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
! k0 [6 U& I1 r2 e) W/ @) u3. Provide excellent customer service by following through with prompt solutions to all customer inquiries.- i7 c, j; p0 ?7 A6 J* M
4. Follow up with all leads to identify if they are potential customers, and to assess their product needs.
* a- \1 i) @0 n* b- Q, p& s4 Y$ d5. Assist the account managers with duties such as quotes, custom product requests, samples, order inquiries, conference setup.2 G. A7 u" F; s  p+ M
6. Document all communications and interactions with customers in Customer Relationship Management system.
3 X, H6 @  }5 E7 o1 M7. Enter leads from conferences, vendor shows or lists into customer database when applicable.' I1 V) K0 ]* _3 M8 s
8. Help to meet sales forecasts through in-depth product knowledge and familiarity of market segments.+ Q, b; x7 k; V5 m' a
9. Help with other tasks and contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.  ?3 X9 e- y& D7 q8 n* n7 Q" o. V
Qualifications:% W, P) V: c. s" c) ]
1. BSc, MSc or PhD in Biotechnology, Stem Cell Biology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Cell Physiology, or a related scientific field.  U( C$ Q& e' N; r" p" r
2. Excellent time management and organizational skills.2 z, O5 f! H  d$ |
3. Highly motivated and capable of working effectively as part of a dynamic team./ T% _* b9 L5 q9 }8 I
4. Demonstrated track record of being pro-active and assertive in accomplishing goals.( M8 O6 F( _3 Z- F0 A! c
5. Proven ability to think strategically and problem solve.2 p- k% A# E  `- t. }. U) V# _
