Duties and Responsibilities:$ e" Y. X% v  D; D  }0 D3 B  Q5 \
1. Identify potential new business and help convert these leads to customers by using his/her technical background.( @% w4 U0 Q+ f3 |. Z, {) W& k
2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
( i5 L+ q2 }* w& T6 m3. Provide excellent customer service by following through with prompt solutions to all customer inquiries.
: K- B8 g/ E: o9 o  L+ Q4. Follow up with all leads to identify if they are potential customers, and to assess their product needs.. ~7 E& Y; d8 S  l0 [0 k. h% B
5. Assist the account managers with duties such as quotes, custom product requests, samples, order inquiries, conference setup.
3 h# i, M* x5 v; z$ @6. Document all communications and interactions with customers in Customer Relationship Management system.
* e; c- t# R; h0 C8 K  M, Y7. Enter leads from conferences, vendor shows or lists into customer database when applicable.
. a/ ]8 f' i* K/ r7 D6 h% O& i6 A8. Help to meet sales forecasts through in-depth product knowledge and familiarity of market segments.
% z% E8 j! W9 a* r+ Q9. Help with other tasks and contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.0 B$ R7 V2 E  Y! [& ?' w4 w8 v7 M
Qualifications:
* ?: q* v% u4 u- P* T  L! a1. BSc, MSc or PhD in Biotechnology, Stem Cell Biology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Cell Physiology, or a related scientific field.
( k( I' ?: F% Y2 f" x2. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
0 _- G0 F5 P: p7 J" H% Z3. Highly motivated and capable of working effectively as part of a dynamic team.# ^$ V1 g7 b& |7 w& g
4. Demonstrated track record of being pro-active and assertive in accomplishing goals.9 ^: G$ H9 m  ^9 \0 Y2 s
5. Proven ability to think strategically and problem solve.
