Job Descripion: 
, i7 Y7 }2 g* I' I! PDuties and Responsibilities:. M$ S7 m/ D' D9 K
1. Identify potential new business and help convert these leads to customers by using his/her technical background./ @6 X8 Q" D7 |/ v
2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
* x8 G! t+ t' g6 Y& p3. Provide excellent customer service by following through with prompt solutions to all customer inquiries.4 |8 G. w) N$ n- P8 Y. z; a3 {
4. Follow up with all leads to identify if they are potential customers, and to assess their product needs.
" \5 W) _( x1 J" C  g' C5. Assist the account managers with duties such as quotes, custom product requests, samples, order inquiries, conference setup.
  v* i( u0 v( h9 H6. Document all communications and interactions with customers in Customer Relationship Management system.3 {& I7 M7 C1 [  _; G! t
7. Enter leads from conferences, vendor shows or lists into customer database when applicable.' e1 C0 X' h8 W2 [$ r6 [
8. Help to meet sales forecasts through in-depth product knowledge and familiarity of market segments.
' R, j: M8 A4 J3 B9. Help with other tasks and contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.! U7 a% r' F& x( x! g
Qualifications:
! V4 ?$ ?: ]4 ^1. BSc, MSc or PhD in Biotechnology, Stem Cell Biology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Cell Physiology, or a related scientific field.
. b$ o& D! Q; [" d" [2. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
2 C) p. ~9 [' _% n4 p3. Highly motivated and capable of working effectively as part of a dynamic team.

5. Proven ability to think strategically and problem solve.; M; P2 ^' E. n; f5 v3 H3 `
6. Desire to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
