细胞传代是否一定要等24小时呢？

我养的是RAW264.7细胞，不知道为什么长得这么快？而且消化也很容易，好像和园子里其他养RAW细胞的很不一样。一般传代（1传2）后大概16－20个小时左右就能够长到90％，请问是应该一定等到24小时再传代，还是可以等长到90％（<24小时）如果没到24小时就传代的话，会对细胞状态有影响么？

请问你培养这个细胞做哪方面的研究？如果要研究这个细胞的特性，那就不要<24小时传代，因为胰酶的频繁刺激，总是对细胞状态有一定影响的。如果只是使用这个细胞，其100%融合也不用马上传代，3d左右都没问题的，若不想频繁传代，可以1：3或1：4传，祝实验顺利。

没有养过这种破骨细胞，但是细胞长得快就传代稀释一点。ATCC的说明是：/ t( C$ n7 d( p/ U

7 ^7 }+ ~; \! ~9 P, w( U# D# g2 Z你可以低密度传代，如果还是很快，那很有可能被其他细胞污染，不是原本的RAW，比如从别人要来的，可能被处理过，实验结果就不可靠了。这种现象国内实验室常见的，一般都买新的细胞，不要从别人索取，要不就得有MTA协议的正规获得。
