: v5 o4 \/ v, _! s( m! }% g工作职能: We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join a small team for product development in human embryonic stem cell (hESC) and human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSC) research area. Major areas of development include generation of hiPSC from normal and diseased human specimens, construction of reporter-tagged hiPSC for directed differentiation, and creation of hiPSC disease models using Sigma’s proprietary ZFN technology.

Required qualifications:
) n, K# a* B! d, S· Ph. D. in cell biology, molecular biology, developmental biology, and biomedical sciences with minimum 5 years working experience in academic and R&D environment.3 s0 P# W4 o4 n" |
· Minimum 3 years hands-on experience on hESC and/or hiPSC, including reprogramming of somatic cells into hiPSC, either from normal or diseased human specimens, and directed differentiation of hESC or hiPSC into specific cell lineages, e.g. neural, haematopoeitic, hepatic, pancreatic, and cardiac lineages.& L! f6 a/ M* E! `: |' _
· Oversea education or experiences of training /working
