求助：尾静脉移植和眶后静脉丛移植有什么区别吗？

一直用尾静脉移植的方法进行造血干细胞移植，但是做的速度比较慢，一个小时能移植5-6只；上次尝试了眶后静脉丛移植，一个月后检测结果发现移进去的细胞几乎都死了。查文献后只发现眶后移植会造成更多的伤害，请问高手，眶后移植会引起免疫反应什么的吗？我的小鼠是放射线照射后的，免疫抑制状态。多谢啦！

I normally do with with iv injection on tail vein and can do around 15-20 mice per hour. However, it is tricky to do the 眶后静脉丛 injection.

Comparing with 尾静脉移植和眶后静脉丛移植, it is more common in using the former one. Tail vein normally is working well, but of course, if you lethally irradiated the mice, it is better to do it at 4 hours after irradiation, if you wait for a long time,  it is very difficult to do so because the vessels collapse. One of the drawbacks of tail vein injection is lossing cells into different parts of body, such as liver capillaries. If you require to have a more sensitive method, you can try intra-femoral injection, nowadays, laboratories use this method to carry out single-cell transplantation. Some labs use facial -vessel injection into newborn mice as well, but less common
