关于iPS和畸胎瘤？

我做的“iPS”，SSEA-3/4,TRA-1-80/61检测都为阳性，可裸鼠形不成畸胎瘤，不知道为什么？请前辈指点！

可能是吧，改天再试试

裸鼠有时候也挺难成瘤的，可以用SCID鼠试试
