有这个作用，但主要作用是给xenograft的肿瘤细胞提供一个良好的生存环境，因为matrigel中含有很多细胞外基质成分以及生长因子，这些都能促进肿瘤的生长。( m5 w# w/ Q! M2 d( F0 _) K
Basement membranes are thin extracellular matrices underlying cells in vivo. BD Matrigel Matrix Phenol Red Free is a solubilized basement membrane preparation extracted from the Engelbreth-Holm-Swarm (EHS) mouse sarcoma, a tumor rich in extracellular matrix proteins. Its major component is laminin, followed by collagen IV, heparan sulfate proteoglycans, entactin/nidogen.1,2 BD Matrigel Matrix Phenol Red Free also contains TGF-beta, epidermal growth factor, insulin-like growth factor, fibroblast growth factor, tissue plasminogen activator,3,4 and other growth factors which occur naturally in the EHS tumor. BD Matrigel Matrix Phenol Red Free is effective for the attachment and differentiation of both normal and transformed anchorage dependent epithelioid and other cell types. These include neurons,5,6 hepatocytes,7 Sertoli cells,8,9 chick lens,10 and vascular endothelial cells.11 Matrigel Matrix Phenol Red Free will influence gene expression in adult rat hepatocytes12,13 as well as three dimensional culture in mouse14-17 and human18,19 mammary epithelial cells. It is the basis for several types of tumor cell invasion assays,20,21 will support in vivo peripheral nerve regeneration,22-24 and provides the substrate necessary for the study of angiogenesis both in vitro25,26 and in vivo.27-29

' [' u$ p: [. _! U  `: ~4 l" G作用一样啊，还是为肿瘤提供一个更加适合生存的环境。我不知道你上面说的这个实验是什么目的，如果有生长因子存在的matrigel是能够促进肿瘤细胞转移的。像EGF,TGF-beta等
