关于生殖干细胞的一点感受！

关于生殖干细胞，一直有很多的科研学者在进行研究，而且曾经一度成为很大的热点，出了很多这个方面的牛人，如：Mito Kanatsu-Shinohara and Takashi Shinohara两位日本科学家，以及美国的老前辈DR  Ralph L. Brinster，还有荷兰的DIRK G. DE ROOIJ，德国的Hans R. Sch er等，都是在这个方面做出过很多贡献的人。同时也出了很多很牛的好文章，像Germline stem cell transplantation and transgenesis （Brinster R，2002， science） Generation of Pluripotent Stem Cells from Neonatal Mouse Testis（Mito Kanatsu-Shinohara， 2004， cell ）   Pluripotency of spermatogonial stem cells from adult mouse testis (Guan, 2006 , nature)  Generation of pluripotent stem cells from adult human testis (Conrad S，2008， nature).  这些都是雄性生殖干细胞的潜力。另外，关于雌性干细胞的文章于2009年发表在NCB杂志上（ Production of offspring from a germline stem cell line derived from neonatal ovaries）。0 T0 H2 W& C3 }
因而关于生殖干细胞确实是一个很大的值得深思研究的领域，而且涉及很多范围，如生殖干细胞的表观遗传修饰，性别决定，以及性别转化，以及生殖干细胞的多潜能性是否能成为第二个ips为众人所关注等。不知道，诸位是否有很高的意见能够分享一下。
