1 F5 ~) _+ w  l' t8 c) l应该是第二代的MEF，就是说首先小鼠MEF诱导为ips，然后再诱导ips分化，分化得到的成纤维细胞就叫做secondary MEF，是说这个二代的成纤维细胞诱导效率较之一代的要高吧？
