脊髓损伤患者询问干细胞发展情况 [复制链接]

各位干细胞专家和相关研究人员,您们好;6 T7 C& V1 V4 v0 |) S$ `$ i* {5 e! H

我是一个脊髓损伤患者,09年初车祸造成颈椎c3轻微骨折,脊髓不完全损伤,经过治疗,康复锻炼,目前四肢依然不灵活,不能行动,生活不能自理,度日如年。

: b: v1 D' D1 Z8 i* U1 `- p, m3 s了解了一些干细胞的情况,知道干细胞技术成熟的话可以治疗我这种脊髓损伤。现在请问一下各位专业人士,目前干细胞发展情况到了什么程度,特别是在治疗脊髓方面估计什么时候才有可能应用到临床治疗?像我这样的患者能够治疗吗,不知道要等待多久,真是浪费大好青春时光啊。干细胞,快点成功吧,热切盼望着。

首先向您表示衷心的慰问,作为一名医生非常同情患者所受的疾苦。像您这样患者还有很多甚至更重。说实话干细胞神经损伤的临床治疗我们也非常期待,但是请注意在实验室层面研究已经很多确实在动物模型上看到希望,但还有很多问题需要解决!临床研究I/II脊髓损伤实验已经开始,主要是在美国,有用胚胎来源神经干细胞,也有用间充质来源的干细胞,但这都还是在安全性层面上去评估,还没有到III期大规模临床推广,您可以在FDA下属网站上看到很多研究正在或即将进行,但收的病例不会很多十几或几十例,而中国目前的干细胞临床应用堪忧!还没有哪家正规三级医院开展这项研究,都是部队医院收费在做,而照国际惯例患者在临床试验中属于受实验者不收取费用甚至要给予费用,还需要有严格的评估系统和随访机制。因此国内开展的医院可靠性,安全性、有效性难以说清,请谨慎!您如果真的想做尝试也许可以在FDA下属开展的临床研究中申请看看是否能接受您入组。国内政府也很看好这个领域正在推行这类方案。但从全球来看,合适的病例,合适的治疗时间窗,辅助用药,干细胞选择类型剂量,移植途径、评估标准等等还都不太清楚,这个过程起码需要3-5年科学家们才能有个结果。所以等待很无奈。但医学科学的进步所需要的时间过程不可逾越,也是为了保障患者权益,不是我们坐视不管。* q7 s( @# X" O4 j. K' Y2 i' |

不好意思,没有那么多时间去翻译,你可以让亲朋好友会网络的懂英文的去下载,然后看看有没合适你的,这是全球开放的。里面有研究方法和入组条件。不知道他们收不收中国病人,你也可以联系当地大医院医生,可以通过医生联系注册的医院帮你申请入组,接受规范治疗。这是件不容易的事情如果你真的想尝试的话,有些国内前沿的医生回去和国外合作研究,这对他们来说也是一项很好的研究。
+ M" h) I- Q2 G- ~* f6 C这也许是对国内病人唯一的一种进入FDA规范治疗的方法。

看到论坛里面2年前就有医院开展干细胞移植治疗脊髓损伤,不知道现在2年过去了,相关技术有没有提高了,治疗有效性提高了没有?我担心再等待几年或者更久的话,损伤时间太长了,更加不好治疗,效果不理想。

您可以去正规大医院找个可信的脊髓外科医生,和他讨论您目前情况是否合适以上研究,这是个很好的研究工作对专科医生是有好处的,你们建议一个良好的医患关系,和国外联系上然后开展申请和治疗试过复杂的过程,要有心理准备,和尝试的毅力。医生的英语要好需要和注册研究的机构沟通。5 F* L- x, d# y

是的,时间长了脊髓损伤疤痕恢复起来更难,干细胞生长不容易。这确实是个矛盾,临床前研究和临床研究,病人等不起。

  L- {* v6 z) Z这个是中国的官方CT网站,WHO是认可的,但是我个人觉得水准还不够高,参加的也只是些部队医院,而知名大医院都没有很好开展,问题一种是医院的伦理委员会没有通过,医生不敢随便给病人做。
% r) O" C+ V4 [) f4 k7 k现在很多开展的都不正规,还存在问题,不一定能达到你的期待。. {" R$ K5 Z% `& m3 \
还是仔细看看FDA下属的注册的吧
