权限限制度对网站发展的影响

Fiest of all, I really like this website. However, I also confused about it rules. We confirm that the website has a great deal of rescource, in other wards, this is a biology heaven for all menbers who registered. but we are restricted by some rules for example I even have no right to make a friend. I do not think this is good for the website's future. A good website can attract peolpe who want to take part in and will do something good for it in order to make it better. I think this will be a sustainable development for the web. Anyway, I just show my feel about it.
