不仅这几个要表达，同时要不表达CD14,CD19,CD34,CD45,HLA-DR,两者同时满足，才能说明是间充质干细胞

根据ISCT组织推荐，人BMSCs的鉴定标准如下：

②表面分子表达CD105、 CD73 或 CD90超过95%，极少表达CD45, CD34, CD14 或CD11b, CD79a 或CD19 HLA class II。& \" y6 y& A/ V) u

ISCT的标准时最低标准，意思是要认为是间充质干细胞，必须满足这3条。单纯检测表型不能作为间充质干细胞的标志。因为这些标志并不特异，一般都是基质细胞的标志，其实ISCT的标准是mesenchymal stromal cell的标准。
