( Y! N+ f8 Z) B本人主要进行DNA甲基化相关研究,上至甲基化相关信号转导,下至在肿瘤诊断,多种疾病如免疫性疾病的分子发表机制,所以积累了很多经典文献特拿出来和大家分享5 F& B; P+ S0 `& V; ~0 W

楼主如果能总结性地写一下DNA甲基化相关的文献复习的话更有助于我们学习理解,不然直接放这么多文献在这里,对于我们不是专于这方面的人来说实在无从下手。

我一直坚信,对于科研来说,千万不要走捷径,与其到网上看各种帖子,或者看这个Review不然认认真真将原始文献看了,一定要树立,只看Raw article,每个人看完Raw article写出的总结或者感悟都是不同的,只有自己的感悟才是最甘美的,并且随着你看Raw article的数量的增加,看文章的速度会越来越快,最后你就再也不会去看一些道听途说的帖子了,而是到处找那些最经典的那些文献,关注其最细的一些细节
