none of papers reported this. That is only personal experience. And I do not think papers will describe this. In your case, yes, I did the similar experiment to inject stem cells to mice. Often, mice will die after cell injection. ' I5 t6 k3 U4 }6 Z
To cop this trouble, I did change several protocols. finally, I do regularly inject cells that are dispersed in phenol red free medium containing 4.5mg/ml albumin. This is the best way currently I applied in mice vein injection.
- C' U6 M7 Z6 @I injected cells via penis vein, instead of tail vein. ) K# z  n0 R" }; U0 Z! C2 }
Sorry, I can not give any better way. I can do only my personal experience and what I regularly practice in my lab.

10的6次方，1ml注射到尾静脉，我想知道小鼠有没有被打死，因为这么浓的细胞打进去一般来说会形成栓塞，而且你用的还是生理盐水溶的，一般我们用电解质注射液和4%白蛋白溶的。

+ h9 y+ `5 V. ~" O你的实验怎么样了，你是用什么注射器的呢，我发现好多实验室用1ml注射器注射的，开始我们也用1ml的，后来采用5ml和10ml的，用小的软针替代原注射器针头，尾静脉缓慢注射（也有看到其他部位注射的），因为注射量比较大，所以回血有点多，一般过一会儿在拔针。

: _" @( _0 m" w$ c" F白蛋白？是牛血清白蛋白还是？因为我们现在一般说干细胞培养不能加牛血清白蛋白。另外，你们的这个实验的培养基方式是通过摸索还是文献呢，谢谢

, ?! v1 ~# w$ \1 o) @2 p) i7 q1ml,细胞量是多少，哪个部位注射呢，我们用的是注射用人血白蛋白，这是注射的时候用的，培养细胞的时候培养基里加的是血清替代物（一种不含血清的粉状替代物），胎牛血清三年前就没有用了，除非是特别难养的科研细胞。

你们用的是哪种间充质干细胞呢，我想有没有可能多种干细胞分别注射，各实验组小鼠进行系统的比较。。。

不到5ml，因为注射器和软针导管肯定有残留，排气又浪费了一点，也会用10ml的注射器，更换软针继续打下一只小鼠。

1 s$ c6 T7 ]3 V* Q% s( y你们打的快吗，我们用大的注射器打的很慢的，要有推针器就好了，打完小鼠从固定器里放出来都木了，要过一段时间才恢复活动。
