The reality is that iPS technique is not a technique for dedifferentiating differentiated normal adult cells back into pluripotent embryonic-like stem cells. It is a powerful technical for non-discriminating oncogenic transformation of any cells including some stem cells 13.

Why not give these explicit hypotheses some tests to see if iPSCs are really induced from (terminally) differentiated cells 17or are just some man-made cancer (stem) cells 13? |
