spot in at present. The hypothesis indicates
! r% ^9 E; d+ c7 J) D/ Y7 }cancer stem cells, which were possibly the origin
- E7 f% H* J+ j0 Y) @/ r. Rof the cancer, come from normal stem cells. For
% m9 `/ L0 ?5 b. c7 t' etheir special characters, normal stem cells can% F: b' w* C# X& S4 e
differentiate into tumor cells more easily than/ h5 C% O! R8 x, [9 p9 ^1 _7 k
adult cells. Stem cells transform into malignant
8 H8 b9 q) j/ k0 `1 u7 G5 Z$ `cancer stem cells possibly because of gene% a/ H. X+ n F; x( ~" F; e
mutation, abnormal asymmetry and cell fusion.7 W4 ?- N$ Z3 h3 O9 V/ f$ i
It is a main method to obtain cancer stem cells by

* q& o4 o, u: K$ Q* Vand fluorescent probes. It is demonstrated that

Targeting on cancer stem cells, early diagnosis* v- H5 W4 [# y; p0 c* O
for cancers might be achieved.
