The research on cancer stem cells is a new hot
8 t$ a( L; a# Pspot in at present. The hypothesis indicates
* {* r7 H( U$ |% G4 v' }9 c( i! scancer stem cells, which were possibly the origin
1 m1 X+ e& V) P/ b% Fof the cancer, come from normal stem cells. For
7 ?3 E+ z; S+ v5 x% Rtheir special characters, normal stem cells can
' S, t2 H) y* K! U# \7 {differentiate into tumor cells more easily than
: ]2 l: {% k/ B0 A- _adult cells. Stem cells transform into malignant
8 _4 b( L3 u K$ D( H3 p; Ycancer stem cells possibly because of gene
- }, ?2 g1 E; s" d$ Tmutation, abnormal asymmetry and cell fusion.

flow cytometer using different protein markers
