[摘要] 　目的　探讨外周血干细胞(APBSC) 与组织工程骨(TEB) 复合移植修复牙周骨缺损中转化生长因子(TGF) -β的表达。" {3 `6 X) d$ B& a6 Q* a3 L
方法　犬的牙周骨缺损区移植APBSC - TEB 后,用免疫组织化学方法观察不同时期APBSC 分化、增殖成为成骨细胞过程中7 f7 c# I% u7 U: i  t
TGF -β的表达,观察TGF -β诱导APBSC 分化、增殖成骨细胞的情况。结果　实验组在APBSC - TEB 移植2 周,即见骨缺损区' F6 v) k: ?# m
边缘TGF -β呈弱阳性表达,4～8 周骨缺损区中心区域可见大量的成骨细胞、成纤维细胞和胶原纤维呈现强阳性表达,12 周骨& T8 Y. Y' p4 E$ l1 ^  \# c6 T
缺损区已完全修复。而对照组TEB 移植8～12 周,仅在骨缺损边缘区域TGF -β呈弱阳性反应。结论　APBSC 在骨缺损区分: }& |, A' j7 |* \# X3 l/ i
化、增殖为成骨细胞的过程中TGF -β是重要的调节因子,具有诱导成骨的作用。! Z3 t$ P0 t- ]: m( ?7 N4 u

fect was repaired on the 12th week and only weak2positive expression of TGF2βin the purlieus region of alveolar bone defect was found in the
