* m# \9 [* z5 y. p$ @9 E) L& B摘要: 目的: 体外诱导人脐血单个核细胞(mononuclear cells ,MNCs) 中的神经干细胞(neural stem cells ,NSCs) 向
+ m3 X2 y2 M" r; f- h* _神经细胞分化的研究。方法: 体外培养中用表皮生长因子(epithelium growth factor ,EGF) 和碱性成纤维细胞# e5 p& {4 q! y3 W' B
生长因子(basic fibroblast growth factor ,bFGF) 诱导人脐血NSCs 向神经细胞的分化。结果: 在EGF 和bFGF 作0 X, F# k& M; K9 G
用下,实验组Nestin 阳性细胞数量显著增多;在EGF 和bFGF 作用下,Nestin 的mRNA 表达PCR 条带变量两组
6 e3 K! h* N0 o8 g间有显著性差异。结论: 细胞因子EGF 和bFGF 在体外能促进脐血MNCs 中NSCs 的分化,联合应用较单独
