lz要看多大的胚胎？我觉得在7天以后一个胚胎就够至少2个wb了，要是7天以前的，可能要pool好几个，我做过13天fetal liver的，直接取liver然后用匀浆器操作就可以，用一般的ripa buffer，没有问题。

如果是8-cell----blastocyst的胚胎得用多少？

i think it is better to do RT rather than do the blastocyst wb.
1 P$ K. s: ^6 o2 U: S& WThink about you need maybe 10,000 cells to wb and then you need 10,000/8= around 1000 blastocysts to do the protein extraction.% E! o6 _% x" M
I think no way you can have some results.
