求用小鼠胚胎做western的方法~~

lz要看多大的胚胎？我觉得在7天以后一个胚胎就够至少2个wb了，要是7天以前的，可能要pool好几个，我做过13天fetal liver的，直接取liver然后用匀浆器操作就可以，用一般的ripa buffer，没有问题。

i think it is better to do RT rather than do the blastocyst wb.
