Duties and Responsibilities:
9 j- r: |' r6 Z1. Identify potential new business and help convert these leads to customers by using his/her technical background.( }. I+ b; z1 l1 Q; M7 \
2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.3 K4 c! V) w# y: l
3. Provide excellent customer service by following through with prompt solutions to all customer inquiries.
/ z2 B; [& S1 c# d4. Follow up with all leads to identify if they are potential customers, and to assess their product needs.: _2 j' x$ W; i( _$ T, m' o6 ?
5. Assist the account managers with duties such as quotes, custom product requests, samples, order inquiries, conference setup.
( [9 F7 b2 j( ^4 {6. Document all communications and interactions with customers in Customer Relationship Management system.* L4 g; C, q/ v' q. |1 ]
7. Enter leads from conferences, vendor shows or lists into customer database when applicable.- Z6 B* X+ L8 t1 X) @' k
8. Help to meet sales forecasts through in-depth product knowledge and familiarity of market segments.

Qualifications:
  o; F; F3 }- b1. BSc, MSc or PhD in Biotechnology, Stem Cell Biology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Cell Physiology, or a related scientific field.2 L8 e) U- M# n9 D1 R- X
2. Excellent time management and organizational skills.# Q+ X1 e% |0 V, ]: N
3. Highly motivated and capable of working effectively as part of a dynamic team.
