Duties and Responsibilities:& V- Y5 i' @* c) [  E8 Z
1. Identify potential new business and help convert these leads to customers by using his/her technical background." p' O7 i4 n$ [& }* p. T9 X5 C% C# @
2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.5 k! i5 E7 `& q7 v2 ], \
3. Provide excellent customer service by following through with prompt solutions to all customer inquiries.' g% k! ]9 g9 ~5 Y1 K! G% V
4. Follow up with all leads to identify if they are potential customers, and to assess their product needs.
3 l# K; v/ |6 r0 A- o5. Assist the account managers with duties such as quotes, custom product requests, samples, order inquiries, conference setup.2 k1 q, P  L! W  Q
6. Document all communications and interactions with customers in Customer Relationship Management system.
5 u6 ~5 m: e  I+ u3 E1 i( |7. Enter leads from conferences, vendor shows or lists into customer database when applicable.
" K3 A( l. |1 u; ~* e+ |8. Help to meet sales forecasts through in-depth product knowledge and familiarity of market segments.

1. BSc, MSc or PhD in Biotechnology, Stem Cell Biology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Cell Physiology, or a related scientific field.
: j7 [+ [% z- Z  B# N- F& ]! h2. Excellent time management and organizational skills.

5. Proven ability to think strategically and problem solve.
