神经干细胞经典文献推荐 [复制链接]

最近研究表明,以往认为不能再生的神经组织仍然包含神经干细胞, 而且神经干细胞有更大的可塑性和分化潜能,如:神经干细胞移植是修复神经功能受损的有效方法;它还可能作为一种“有前途的”脑癌治疗新手段,根除手术后残留的肿瘤;除此之外,神经干细胞的功能还可延伸到药物检测方面,对判断药物有效性、毒性有一定的作用。然而对神经干细胞的研究才刚刚起步,尚有许多关键性问题尚未解决。但我们相信不久的将来人类的神经干细胞将有望用于临床作为脑移植的供体细胞以及基因治疗的载体。而其增殖和定向诱导分化机制的最终阐明将有赖于分子生物学、发育生物学等生物学科的相互协作和研究方法的进一步完善。
