8 l6 C9 u, J* w是那句话看不懂，还是对ec这个概念不懂？ec就是胚胎癌细胞，由于最初的来源是胚胎的生殖细胞，所以有你上面那句tumor of germ cell origin的说法。ec是一种多能性的细胞，但失去了调控，因此是肿瘤细胞。但有实验表明，将ec注入小鼠囊胚后，ec居然会参与正常组织发育，虽然不能像esc一样形成一个个体，但能够形成一些组织器官。由此可以推断ec是一种失调的多能性细胞。
