关于脐带血分离的疑惑，请高手进来

The UCB samples were mixed with the Hetasep solution (StemCell Technologies, Vancouver, Canada) at a ratio of 51, and then incubated at room temperature to deplete erythrocyte counts. The supernatant was carefully collected and mononuclear cells were obtained using Ficoll density-gradient centrifugation at 2,500 rpm for 20 min. The cells were washed twice in PBS.

我以前见过别人做过，需要离心，转速好像是1400RPM,你试试看行吗。

Hetasep solution 与UCBMIX后可除去红细胞，PBS洗可用1200RPM，上面方案没有问题，当然你也可以采用明胶FICOLL法分离，

HS是羟乙基淀粉，用于沉降红细胞，与血液的比例是1：5，对细胞无毒无伤害，洗涤当然要离心啊，第一遍1200，第二遍1600。不建议用红细胞裂解液，对细胞有伤害。
