请问什么是N2培养基？？

本人是干细胞新人，最近在读文献过程中发现在诱导干细胞分化中有一种物质叫N2 SUPPLEMENTED，还有N2培养基，但是我搞不清楚这是什么东西，所以请高手赐教，明示N2的定义以及其作用。谢谢了

N2培养基是明确培养成分的一种应用在培养神经细胞的组分明确的培养基。N2的定义你可以看一些文章或者直接上invitrogen等生物公司的网站上看详细组分。一般都有详细组分列表的，只是有些物质的浓度没有列出来，属于专利。祝实验顺利！

N2培养基配方如下]：DMEM/F12（1：1），加入N2添加剂（1：100）、4.0 mmol/L谷氨酰胺、50k∪/L的青霉素、50k∪/L的链霉素、5mmol/L Hepes和5mg/L的肝素，最后用碳酸氢钠将pH值调至7.3~7.6。
