8 A) k+ \6 B3 {7 q8 L7 N最近养克隆球采用无血清培养基加EGF.FGF.可怎么也不成功。看到这篇文献后有点心动，也想试一试。但血清又有促进细胞分化和贴壁的作用，低血清养出的克隆球和无血清培养出的有可比性吗？
