* ?! U1 G* `( ?4 F组;于术后4周行超声心动图和衄流动力学检查;并处死动物取心脏标本,分别行免疫荧光化学观察移植细胞存
+ U/ X4 U- v- U+ t活、分化情况及免疫组织化学心肌特异性肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)检测、测定血管密度和胶原容积分数(CVF),计数凋亡
0 v9 z' {, w' M Q, c9 C, D细胞数。结果犬脂肪组织中含有大量长梭形细胞;术后4周DAPI阳性的ADMSCs可见于梗死边缘区及梗死区,; C s( d' z" B4 S4 j1 b5 k9 @
且分化为心肌细胞表面标志物cTnT阳性的细胞;ADMSCs移植组左室重量指数和左室收缩末容积(LVESV)、非梗
! f) I: H/ ?& d死区CVF和凋亡细胞数均减少,左室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室收缩压(LVSP)和左心室等容收缩期室内压最大上
; U$ I5 V0 j2 _* ^升速率(+dp/dtmax)、血管密度和梗死区CVF均增加。结论 同种异体ADMSCs移植后,移植细胞通过分化为心肌+ j- J) Z- `) O) R! }! L6 w2 [& o: h# h
