" N2 X9 r5 g, Y7 W7 z8 G最近养克隆球采用无血清培养基加EGF.FGF.可怎么也不成功。看到这篇文献后有点心动,也想试一试。但血清又有促进细胞分化和贴壁的作用,低血清养出的克隆球和无血清培养出的有可比性吗?
