另外，我们已经做的交配研究（还未发表）利用的是野生型和HSF1 基因敲除小鼠，在经过热刺后对单只老鼠进行连续40天的合笼。从这些实验得到的结果将组织病理损伤分为早期和后期精子发生阶段。这种表现依赖于HSF1和诱导的HSP的表达长期对生殖力的影响所致，其表达不仅与精母细胞分化相关也是依赖于时间的影响。
