油红O染色后用水洗还是异丙醇洗?

MSC脂肪分化后，用油红O染色，但是染色之后该怎么洗涤呢？用水洗还是用异丙醇洗？

# v' Q1 g% m5 k2 U3 S6 l细胞初始状态很重要；换分化培养基时融合度达到70-80%就可以了，不用等到100%

直接用PBS洗就可以，油红o的储存液是融在异丙醇中的，工作液用蒸馏水稀释

1.Cell fixation with 4%PFA at RT for 30min.

3. Then wash cell with 60% isopropanol for 30 min on a shaker." f3 ~% b& f! ^' u& u) O/ T
4. Remove 60% isopropanol and add working oil red O solution stain for 30 min on a shaker.
9 Q3 N$ c) u' v( p0 q0 y1 z  {$ f5. After 30min remove oil red O stain immediately and wash with PBS for 4 times.' }" t5 G- v1 k
6. Leave some PBS in the well and take picture.

建议用PBS洗，油红O易溶于苯，溶于乙醇和丙酮等。
