现在有没有人做胚胎干细胞诱导出肿瘤干细胞的,是否能够通过这种方法来研究肿瘤细胞某一支的形成机制?

! D' t* k/ V  E    请问你这样做的意义何在?肿瘤是由体细胞突变而来的,你这样做怎么去模仿肿瘤干细胞的发生?

7 O! `) a' b5 c5 j7 z# ]# w5 H    我说的是研究机制啊 通过导入不同的质粒或者是通过病毒转染 带有不同的基因 最后比较各个细胞之间的表形 看符合哪一种,因为我刚刚接触干细胞 什么都还不懂 不知可行不 或者说 有哪些理论还有实验已经证实没有价值?谢谢了

9 W* a4 M# k$ n1 M    在比较两种细胞是不是完全相同的问题上,还没有一个统一的标准,如果你用干细胞诱导产生了一种肿瘤干细胞,只在表型上说他们是相同与否是没有说服力的。对于肿瘤发生机制问题我也不懂,你的想法还是挺厉害的。

    其实可以试试,可以仿照IPS诱导的思路,按这条路不是诱导出胰岛B细胞了么...

9 D; `, }3 T. `3 k0 d    搞ES机制的人不care这个idea,搞ES应用的人fear这个idea,搞肿瘤的人confused with这个idea,你说,这个idea会有人做么?
