利用ipsc进行肝细胞分化的研究多吗？现在进展如何？

如题，想了解目前ips分化方面的进展，特别是肝细胞分化方面的进展。目前这方面的研究多吗？有很多利用不同来源的体细胞进行诱导的文章，但是ips定向分化的文章貌似不多。肝细胞定向分化的更是不多的样子。请高手指教。。
