说的很有道理,免疫系统和肿瘤的关系的确和道与魔的关系有某种类似。然而万事万物的关系不是一成不变的,随着事物间相互的演化的发展,友可以成敌,敌也可化友。关于肿瘤在发展中受到免疫系统的促进(如果说‘帮助’不太专业的话,呵呵)并不是在下信口说的,过去十几年有很多文章在讨论‘免疫编辑’(cancer immuno-editing)的问题,这里仅举一例:

' p: \ j0 ]" R$ w; v: U! k* }免疫系统实质上是一把双刃剑。其保护机体的机制实际上主要是通过对'异体'的排斥和清除来实现的。而免疫系统对异体和自体的识别是通过education来实现的,也不是一成不变的。癌症细胞的狡猾就在于可以巧妙地进化发展(当然可能通过一系列的自然选择过程)出能够逃避免疫系统清除(逃逸),并利用免疫系统的细胞类群(合谋)。这是侯免疫系统不仅不会对这些癌细胞进行排斥,反而会提供增值和转移方面的促进。 |
